The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are among the world’s top sales and customer service award programs. More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in various industries were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists of the awards were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 59 categories for customer service and contact center, sales and business achievements. More than 70 members of seven specialized final judging committees determined the ultimate placement of the winners.
